Presentation

And above all, the quality and unequalled craftsmanship passed on since 1890. At Bayona, each pair is hand sewn with natural materials such as jute, hemp and cotton. “Currently, we are manufacturing in a small village in Guipuscoa, but soon a part of our production will be in Saint-Jean-de-Luz”, explains the manager Nicolas Larralde. In 2023, a 200 sqm shop-cum-workshop will open in the Jalday area. The perfect opportunity to admire this ancestral art step by step. This summer, a third store will be opening in the town of its origin, Bayonne.
