Presentation

In thin slices, in "millefeuille", or when Jambon de Bayonne (raw ham) suffices in itself alone to tempt your tastebuds… You will rediscover all the subtlety and fruity freshness of a natural product from farm-raised pigs, laying claim to a thousand years of history. Other gourmets will turn their attention to the magic of Pata Negra, a designation only attributed to purebred pigs. Very often copied though never equalled - beware of imitations! The terrine of "foie gras" is also an institution almost as old as the firm. As you will have guessed, here, at La Maison Thurin, there has been no shilly-shallying with quality for four generations.
