In the kitchens, with breakfast almost ready to be served, thoughts are already concentrating on lunch. In the hotel, the reception and conciergerie teams are getting ready for the day’s arrivals. Over a coffee, Maria, the housekeeper (who will be celebrating 20 years in the hotel), unites the chambermaids to inform them of their daily tasks.
In the Spa, the sports coach has already started his day and the therapists will soon be devoting another day to relaxation and wellbeing. “The Grand Hotel employs between 70 and 90 staff.
