Seeing guests coming back, often even several times per year, is one of my greatest joys. This indicates that our human-scale hotel (52 rooms) is very much appreciated since the renovations of 2015. I am very proud to be managing this emblematic establishment, which boasts one of the finest views of the Basque coastline.
Indeed, we were delighted to receive these two awards at the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2021. We thank all the clients who voted for us and who have laid their trust in us over the years. But these awards also reflect the caring, availability and professionalism of my teams, which are totally devoted to client satisfaction and the success of the establishment.
It is a development that in any case I’m pleased with (laughter). Today, six out of ten managers are women. They occupy key positions such as catering, sales or thalassotherapy, but above all our strength lies in cooperation and teamwork!
